Job DescriptionAs a Controlling Business Partner, you will play a key role in monitoring and managing stock and financial processes while collaborating with business leaders.
Your responsibilities include:
Perform stock revaluation for year-end closing, quarterly closing, and forecast cyclesCoordinate stock-taking processesManage inventory differences and postings in SAPServe as SAP key user for stock processesSupport audit requestsAct as a business partner to Heads of DepartmentAnalyze financial data and prepare accurate reports on stocks, overhead costs, and performance indicatorsPerform business plans and current forecasts jointly with other areasMonitor and analyze costs to ensure adherence to budgetsCollaborate with directors and managers to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunitiesConduct data and deviation analysis for monthly business reports and forecastsPrepare monthly reports and participate in period-end closing activitiesSupport the ramp-up of controlling processes in SAP S/4HANAQualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldExperience:
Proven experience in management controlling and financial analysisHands-on experience with stock management and SAP
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial dataAdvanced knowledge of MS ExcelKnowledge of SAP R/3; experience with S/4HANA is a plusFamiliarity with Power BI and Power Query is advantageousLanguages:
