About the Role: This is an exciting, hands-on position where you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations of the company. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that financial processes are streamlined, accurate, and compliant, all while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation. What You’ll Be Doing: + Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting processes, month-end, and year-end close activities. + Reporting: Prepare detailed financial statements and reports that ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial matters. + Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate on the creation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to the leadership team to help guide strategic decisions. + Crypto Accounting: Manage digital asset transactions, including token transfers, staking, and smart contract-related accounting. + Compliance & Controls: Implement and maintain strong financial controls, ensuring the company stays compliant with industry standards and regulations. + Audit Preparation: Lead audit processes and ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared for external auditors. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other teams (product, engineering, legal) to align on financial and operational goals.
