Sodexo is now hiring our highly skilled and strategic Multi-Unit, Multi-location Controller to oversee financial operations across 10 locations and business units in New Mexico and Colorado. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and driving operational efficiency through data-driven insights. Our ideal candidate will partner closely with senior leadership and operational teams to support growth, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with Sodexo and regulatory standards. This position requires a hands-on leader with exceptional analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage complex financial environments across diverse geographies. What You'll Do Oversee financial operations across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with Sodexo policies and regulatory requirementsDevelop and implement financial controls, processes, and reporting to maintain accuracy and integrity of dataManage budgeting and forecasting cycles across all units, aligning financial plans with organizational goalsLead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting Consolidate financial statements and provide detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecastsPartner with operational leaders to drive profitability, cost optimization, and strategic decision-makingIdentify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and internal control enhancements Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for all units to ensure financial stability What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
