Responsibilities + Perform tasks associated with month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis including review of staff workpapers + Compile month end and year end consolidating financial statements for lender reporting and audit + Review month end results with senior leadership + Prepare weekly cash-flow forecast that projects cash needs + Collaborate with executive team and partners to support efficient and effective firm-wide operation + Assist with the production of the annual budget and forecasts + Assess, execute and streamline policies, procedures, and controls + Oversee the activities of the finance department, such as accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting + Act on items beyond formal job responsibilities + Advance Finance Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as needed, with research, planning and implementation Qualifications + BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required + CPA preferred + Previous experience in public accounting is preferred + Experience in dental/healthcare industries required + 7+ years proven accounting experience and career progression including managing direct reports required + Experience managing the accounting functions of a $100M+ revenue company required + Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus + Experience with acquisitions and opening balance sheet preferred + Experience with month end closings required + Proven payroll experience, with a focus on streamlining accounting processes in ADP + Excellent verbal, written, and social skills + Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines related field + Able to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds + Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills Benefits Summary At ProSmile, we are committed to supporting the health and well-being of our employees and their families.
