Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Type of Employment: Temporary position for 1,5 years with possibility to prolong

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work with Circle K Energy Trading SA that ensures fuel supplies to the CK European retail network.

Learn fuel supply agreements, fuel prices and it’s components.

Work in Accounting system (ERP) and will be responsible for fuel supply invoice verification (volumes & prices) with reports from Trading & Risk management system (ETRM) and control of payment according to due dates and set KPIs.

Participate in improvement projects through workshops, analysis, testing.

Participate in other department's functions according to assignments from senior team members.

Work in close collaboration with: Trade Support & Supply Operations departments, Finance & Control department and external suppliers and partners.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a student within this area.

Previous experience/internship within accounting, finance or trading.

Fluency in English is a must, as you will be in daily contact with internal and external stakeholders within European network.

Advanced skills in Excel and literacy in MS Office tools.

Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented personality with strong communication skills.

Drive and positive attitude.
