Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Controller Assistant (Specjalista/specjalistka ds. kontrolingu) located in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

Supporting account managers in assessing business and its profitabilityPreparing financial analyses to support business decision-makingParticipating in the preparation and analysis of data for financial statementsParticipating in the forecasting and month-end closing processAnalyzing the root causes of deviations between actual and forecasted values ​​and presenting conclusionsParticipating in finance-related projectsCooperation with the shared services center within the scope of assigned duties

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing companyHigher education in economicsGood communication level of EnglishVery good knowledge of ExcelKnowledge of SAP will be an additional assetUnderstanding of the profit and loss statement structure and methods of cost allocation to projectsAnalytical thinking and the ability to formulate conclusionsCommitment and responsibility for the timely completion of assigned tasks
