A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Controller to support multiple operational sites. This role is a key financial leader responsible for FP&A, cost accounting, P&L oversight, and ensuring accurate financial reporting with strong internal controls. The Controller partners closely with plant leadership, sales, and operations to drive performance and provide strategic financial insights. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee financial policies, internal controls, and asset protection\n\nPrepare and review financial statements for assigned business units\n\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis\n\nSupport product margin analysis and operational metrics\n\nPartner with leadership teams to guide financial decisions\n\nContribute to M&A activities and due diligence\n\nDrive process improvements and develop performance metrics\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of accounting/finance experience\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance\n\nStrong communication, analytical, and leadership skills\n\nHigh attention to detail and integrity\n\nPreferred\nAdvanced degree or certification (CPA, CMA, MBA)\n\nManufacturing experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
