Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Controller to oversee the organization’s financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting functions. This role will lead financial reporting, support strategic planning, and maintain strong internal controls while collaborating with leadership to support business objectives. This position also provides exposure to Human Resources, project management, and customer relations.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliations
Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory reporting standards
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, double-entry bookkeeping, and cash management activities
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Develop forecasts and perform financial analysis to support strategic and operational planning
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
Maintain financial and Human Resource metrics
Review and approve customer quotes for accuracy and completeness
Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Proven experience in an accounting leadership or controller-level role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Experience with cash management, payroll processing, account reconciliation, and account analysis
Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
