Controller – Lead Financial Operations with Impact

We’re looking for an experienced Controller to guide financial strategy and operational reporting for our division. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner closely with the Division General Manager to shape pricing decisions, optimize performance, and ensure financial integrity across the business.

What You’ll Do

Lead monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Oversee pricing analysis, cost management, and operating scenario modeling.Partner with department leaders to review financials, resolve variances, and drive accuracy.Supervise accounting staff and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company standards.Manage audits, tax reporting, payroll oversight, AR collections, and general ledger integrity.Support operational systems including VMS, credit card processing, and banking functions.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred).8+ years of progressive accounting experience (public + private is a plus).Strong leadership skills with advanced Excel expertise.Deep knowledge of GL management, reconciliations, and financial analysis.A proactive, detail-driven work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
