Description
The Site Controller serves as the primary financial leader for the Valencia, CA operation, responsible for overseeing all accounting, reporting, budgeting, and analytical functions while ensuring full compliance with GAAP and corporate standards. In this newly formalized role, the Controller partners closely with the General Manager and corporate Controller to drive financial performance, improve operational accountability, and support strategic decision‑making within a rapidly growing manufacturing environment. A major focus of the role includes strengthening inventory accuracy, WIP tracking, and working capital management, as well as enhancing financial processes, systems, and controls. The position requires a hands‑on, strategic leader with deep manufacturing accounting expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a decentralized organization. Through effective communication, collaboration, and process improvements, the Controller plays a critical role in guiding the site’s financial transformation and supporting continued business growth.

Private equity reporting experience supports the fast‑paced, metric‑driven cadence expected by corporate leadership. A CPA or MBA, while not required, deepens technical accounting judgment, strengthens compliance oversight, and supports the implementation of improved accounting policies and controls.
Education & Experience Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA or MBA preferred. Candidates must bring at least ten years of progressive accounting/finance experience with a strong experience in manufacturing and inventory accounting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $130.00 - $150.00/hr.
