Description Brevard County company is looking for a Controller. Responsibilities of the Controller will include, but not limited to the following. -- Partner with executive leadership to align financial strategy with company objectives. -- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic initiatives. -- Develop scalable systems for budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring. -- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reports. -- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. -- Maintain internal control framework to safeguard assets and mitigate risk. -- Streamline financial processes to enhance speed and data accuracy. -- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash management operations. -- Support project-based accounting for large-scale façade contracts and installations. -- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Projects, and People teams. -- Translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders. -- Train managers in budget ownership and financial literacy. Compliance & Risk Management. -- Ensure timely filings, audits, and adherence to statutory obligations. -- Evaluate and strengthen financial risk management practices. -- Drive adoption of financial technology tools for automation and transparency.
