Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial management and leadership. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, maintaining compliance with accounting principles. • Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and fostering detail-oriented growth. • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency. • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes. • Collaborate with executive leadership to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry-specific compliance standards. • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks. • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders and management. • Analyze trends and financial data to recommend actionable strategies for growth and cost management. Requirements • A minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles. • Proven expertise in supervisory management with a track record of leading successful teams. • Advanced knowledge of general ledger functions and accounting principles. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across departments. • Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to manufacturing operations. • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
