Description A long‑established organization is seeking a Corporate Controller to join its leadership team in the Wilkes‑Barre, PA area. About the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position calls for an energetic, hands‑on accounting leader who thrives in a fast‑moving, multi‑entity, multi‑location environment. The Controller will oversee a small team and take ownership of core financial operations, including: + General ledger management + Accurate and timely monthly closes + Account reconciliations + Cash management and forecasting + Strengthening and maintaining internal controls + Non‑income tax compliance + Oversight of payroll, retirement plans, accounts payable, and accounts receivable/billing + Serving as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax professionals What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate brings more than technical expertise—they bring curiosity, initiative, and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights.
