Description Our client is a rapidly scaling organization that is intentionally investing in its accounting and finance infrastructure to support continued growth. We have partnered with this leadership team for years and have a strong track record of successful, long-term placements across the finance organization. This newly created Controller role is a key hire and will play a central role in shaping the next phase of the company’s evolution. The Controller will serve as the day-to-day leader of accounting operations while helping modernize processes, strengthen controls, and build scalable systems. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also thinking strategically about how a finance function should operate in a high-growth environment.
