Responsibilities: + Serve as the organization’s senior operational leader, optimizing and standardizing multi-entity operations + Partner closely with ownership and board to translate strategy into actionable operational and financial plans + Deliver insightful updates and risk analyses to executive leadership and the board + Mentor, motivate, and energize senior teams, fostering a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous improvement + Oversee financial stewardship: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and controls across all operating entities + Lead process and system integration initiatives, driving platform efficiency and scalability post-M& A + Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure targets for EBITDA, operating margin, and working capital are met + Directly report to majority ownership, collaborating with division leaders on strategic execution Requirements Qualifications & Experience: + Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Operations Management or related (MBA/CPA strongly preferred) + 15+ years’ progressive leadership in industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or similar sectors + Proven success optimizing large-scale, multi-location operations and driving margin growth + Expert-level understanding of GAAP, internal controls, cash management, and financial modeling + Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented leader with strong communication skills at every level Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
