Controller
We are currently searching for a Controller to join a leading International company at their London, Ontario office. The role will provide an excellent opportunity to mentor under a seasoned Director of Finance and VP of Finance and grow your leadership skills while coordinating the finance functions of the Canadian Finance Team.

Key responsibilities include: Manage the financial reporting and month-end close process. Ensure proper financial control systems are in place to manage risk and audit compliance. Lead and coach the finance team in functional areas including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, inter-company processes and reconciliations and various governmental filings and statutory financial reporting. Manage the tracking of plant operational and capital improvement budgets. Perform capital cost/benefit analysis of capital expenditures. Management of the Financial ERP system and processes. Assist with the building and maintaining of complex financial modelling for income statement, balance sheet and cash flow projections. Collaborate with the global finance group on shared initiatives. Develop and track KPI's and creation of dashboards to assess performance that supports the company's strategic direction.  The successful candidate has: A CPA designation and 5+ years leading staff in a fast-paced growth company. High developed people skills and ability to build relationships and positively influence various stakeholders. Strong analytical abilities and ability to get deep into the weeds as well lead higher level planning, strategy and new projects. U.S. experience is desirable including W9 and tax exempt forms. Proven ability to lead, coach and support a small finance team. High level Excel skills along with working experience and comfort with ERP systems. Experience in government reporting (HST, WSIB, EHT, etc.) is preferred. Previous experience in inventory reporting and controls. Ability to "take charge" and lead in a fast-paced, growth oriented company with internal operations. A strong desire for professional growth and continual learning. Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is between $100,000 to $110,000. Comprehensive benefits & bonus package. Career growth and advancement opportunity.
