In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the full accounting function, manage a small team, and partner closely with senior finance leadership. The Controller will be instrumental in financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and driving process improvements across the organization. Main Responsibilities: + Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations + Lead and participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes + Develop, implement, and maintain efficient accounting processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy and data integrity + Establish and enforce controls to safeguard company assets, reduce risk, and prevent errors or misreporting + Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation + Participate in budgeting and forecasting for balance sheet and cash flow + Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability + Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team Requirements Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment + 2+ years of supervisory or people management experience + Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, SOX, and audit processes + Hands-on experience with full-cycle close (month, quarter, year-end) + Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills + Experience with financial reporting and ERP systems If you meet the minimum requirements and want to learn more about this opportunity, please email your resume to the email listed above and reference AH000013351684.
