We are seeking a Controller to join a high-growth company in the hospitality industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you will oversee core accounting functions, build scalable processes, and provide financial leadership to support continued expansion. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while partnering closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations .

Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.

Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.

Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

Support audits and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

Identify and drive process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiencies within the accounting function.

Manage and mentor the accounting team to foster professional growth and high performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
