This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management while serving as a key partner to executive leadership. The Controller will supervise four direct reports, ensure compliance with internal controls, and provide financial insights to support business strategy and growth.ResponsibilitiesOversee all general ledger accounting functions, cash flow, invoicing, and payroll reportingLead annual budgeting and forecasting processesManage capital expenditures and cash collections, including credit authorizationsProvide timely month-end, year-end, and management reportingOversee accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) processesSupport external audits and R&D tax credit filingsMaintain and improve internal controls and compliance standardsLead risk management efforts and provide strategic financial guidance  Qualifications and StrengthsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field requiredMinimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experienceExperience in cost accounting, FP&A, and internal controlsManufacturing industry experience strongly preferredCPA designation preferred, not requiredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities independentlyThe ability to communicate effectively on virtual channelsHigh integrity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilityYour New OrganizationThis organization is a global leader in precision manufacturing with over four decades of engineering excellence and operations across fourteen countries, including North America.
