Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Controller. Responsibilities: * Support the setup and launch of new funds, including systems and process development * Manage regulatory filings and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations * Review daily fund valuations and oversee periodic financial reporting * Coordinate with external service providers such as administrators and custodians * Prepare board materials and investor reports * Monitor fund compliance with regulatory and legal requirements * Analyze portfolio data and perform accuracy checks and compliance testing * Review fee calculations and support fund liquidity management * Respond to investor inquiries and internal requests * Interpret fund agreements and ensure operational alignment * Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
