Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of transactional accounting, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). • Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Prepare and review journal entries to maintain precise financial records. • Coordinate budgeting processes to align with company goals and financial strategies. • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. • Utilize QuickBooks Online to streamline accounting operations and maintain efficiency. • Collaborate with leadership to support growth initiatives and financial planning. • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in accounting functions. If interested, please send your resume to derek.kemp@roberthalf.c0m Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 7-15 years of experience in accounting or financial management with attention to detail. • Proven expertise in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and transactional accounting. • Familiarity with public audits or experience in an organization undergoing significant growth. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other relevant accounting software. • Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and journal entry preparation. • Ability to manage budget processes and provide strategic financial insights. • Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
