Salary Mid-Point: $130,000 Location: Oakville ON Job Type: Permanent Salary: $130K - $140K + 10% Bonus
We have recently partnered with an Oakville based Manufacturing company with a Global Presence as they look to add Controller to the team. This is a new role for the organization. In this role, the successful candidate will report the CFO and play an instrumental part in the support and strategic advice to a couple of global entities.
***This company requires someone to work 5 days a week in office
Responsibilities of the Controller include but are not limited to the following;
Full cycle month end and year end close process including preparing journal entries, accruals and reconciliations across the multiple global entities General Ledger mapping Financial Reporting Help with annual audits and compliance activities Leading a small team of 5+ direct reports
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; Must have a CPA with at least 10 years' experience in manufacturing Experience with IFRS and US GAAP Must come with a can do attitude Be able to work 5 days a week in office
