Description Join a leading manufacturer as a hands-on Controller, overseeing financial operations across multiple sites in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. In this role, you’ll own cost accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting while partnering with leadership to influence strategic decisions. You’ll lead audits, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive process improvements that impact the bottom line. Key Responsibilities: + Lead general accounting, cost accounting, and month-end close. + Produce accurate, timely financial statements for executive review. + Manage audits, maintain compliance with GAAP, and strengthen internal controls. + Develop cash flow forecasts and analyze variances to drive efficiency. + Collaborate with operations to align financial strategies with production goals.
