Responsibilities: • Manage document control processes to ensure proper storage, organization, and accessibility of records. • Oversee document scanning operations to guarantee high-quality digital copies. • Perform detailed reviews of scanned documents to verify accuracy and completeness. • Compile and organize documents to create comprehensive records for various projects. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all documentation processes. • Collaborate with team members to optimize document workflows and identify areas for improvement. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of document management technologies and best practices. • Train staff on document control procedures and standards to enhance team efficiency. • Troubleshoot issues related to scanning equipment and document management systems. • Prepare regular reports on document control activities for leadership review.
