This well-known and financially strong diverse organization is hiring for a hands-on Controller due to a pending retirement. The company wants to hire a replacement candidate to transition with the incumbent. The culture is supporting and positive. With a small staff, the hands-on Controller will be responsible for AR, AP, month end close, monthly and quarterly reporting, budge preparation and analysis and working with the external CPA firm on the annual audit. Minimum requirements include strong GAAP accounting and reporting, month end close experience, budget preparation and analysis and supervisory experience. Any property management experience is a plus but not required. Base salary range to $$95,000 - $125,00 based on experience.
