Key Responsibilities: + Oversee the preparation and management of financial statements for various operational areas, including consolidated accounts. + Administer accounting processes for property management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. + Lead a tenured accounting team, supervising direct reports and addressing operational challenges as needed. + Leverage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to enhance financial workflows and improve operational efficiency. + Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. + Develop, monitor, and maintain budgets and forecasts aligned with organizational goals. + Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory accounting requirements. + Evaluate and implement improvements to existing financial processes to drive operational excellence. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives and decision-making. Requirements + Proven experience with Cloud ERP systems, including Cloud or similar platforms. + Proficiency in Excel and other tools within the Office Suite. + Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and consolidation. + Expertise in US GAAP and property management accounting. + Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise teams effectively. + Solid experience with month-end and year-end closing processes. + Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. + Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
