Who We’re Looking For: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. + CPA certification / CPA candidate preferred + Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial or operational leadership roles, including at least 7 years managing teams. + Demonstrated ability to oversee complex, multi-site or multi-project financial operations. + Proven track record of building and guiding effective, collaborative teams. + Experience leading organizational change and improving financial systems and processes. + Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and inclusivity.
