This individual plays a key role in ensuring financial integrity, compliance with regulatory standards, and the effective functioning of financial systems.  Responsibilities: Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure accurate financial recordsManage grant and restricted fund accounting in compliance with applicable guidelines (GAAP & GASB standards)Track donor-related finances, including foundation and gift accountingSupervise student account services and related financial processesLead the preparation and coordination of audited financial statementsDirect treasury operations, including:Cash flow forecasting and managementOversight of investmentsManagement of banking relationshipsServe as the primary administrator for the finance module of the institution’s ERP system (e.g., Workday), ensuring:Data integrityAccurate transaction processingTimely financial reporting Cross- Collaboration:Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders across departments to promote operational excellenceFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with academic units, administrative departments, and community partners
