Controller – Lead Finance with Impact in a Collaborative Manufacturing Environment

We’re looking for a hands-on Controller who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence. This is a high-impact, onsite role where you’ll partner closely with leadership, guide financial strategy, and lead a small but mighty team.

What You’ll DoOwn the Numbers: Lead all accounting functions including AP, AR, Payroll, Inventory, and Costing.Drive Strategy: Develop internal controls, manage enterprise risk, and deliver insights that influence key decisions.Be a Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with the President and Directors to align financial goals with business strategy.Lead the Budget Process: From annual planning to monthly audits, you’ll ensure financial discipline and agility.Champion Technology: Oversee ERP systems, recommend upgrades, and reduce downtime and cybersecurity risks.Optimize Performance: Monitor product line profitability, manufacturing variances, and drive cost productivity programs.What You Bring10+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with manufacturing experience required.Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.Proven leadership in ERP implementation and financial systems management.Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Master’s preferred).A passion for continuous improvement, KPIs, and operational excellence.Why You’ll Love It HereMake a Big Impact: You’ll run the entire Accounting and Finance function in a smaller, agile company.Collaborative Culture: Work in a friendly, supportive environment rooted in humble beginnings.Onsite Role: Be part of the action every day, with direct access to leadership and operations.Competitive Benefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and a role that grows with you.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $57.00/hr.
