Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead the financial operations of a growing organization based in Arlington, Texas. This role involves overseeing accounting processes, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in accounting with strong leadership and communication skills to drive operational success. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and report on business unit performance on a monthly and quarterly basis, emphasizing key financial metrics and drivers. • Manage the month-end close process, including full balance sheet reconciliations and trial balance trending. • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. • Oversee inventory management and controls to optimize financial performance and minimize discrepancies. • Direct the operations of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions. • Provide support for forecasting and the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with external auditors to address and fulfill audit requests efficiently. • Develop strong partnerships across all levels of the organization to promote effective communication and alignment. • Identify opportunities to enhance financial and operational performance through proactive analysis. • Supervise and mentor a team of three, fostering growth and accountability This corporate organization offers a competitive compensation package including Bonus and strong benefits package.
