YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including EBIT forecasts, variance analysis, and departmental cost reports.\nLead the annual budgeting and strategic planning process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions aligned with business goals.\nCollaborate with all departments for cost, FTE, and revenue data; work closely with SMT, Operations, Commercial, and IT to support financial objectives.\nEnsure compliance with DHL policies, SOPs, audit standards, and COE guidelines; implement changes in consultation with management.\nCoordinate internal and external audits, ensure compliance with GAAP/local standards, and implement audit recommendations.\nOversee billing through Basware and reconcile with SAP/CREST to ensure accurate revenue recognition.\nMaintain finance systems with accurate and secure data; provide timely reports and ensure information security.\nRecommend process improvements, participate in finance projects, and take ownership of personal development plans.\n

YOUR PROFILE

\n\nBachelor's degree (Master's or relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, ICMA, CA are preferred).\nProficiency in Financial software and systems with a strong understanding of accounting principles.\nAt least 5-8 years' experience in financial reporting. \nExcellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\n
