Description Established leader in the healthcare industry is seeking an experienced Controller for their tenured team. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare or a related industry. CPA certification is a MUST! Ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience as this role will lead a team of established accountants. Responsibilities of this role will include: Oversee and manage the company's Accounting functions to ensure accurate financial controls and reporting. Participate in the development of and support the company’s strategic plans Monitor the financial performance of the company Compile and analyze financial reporting packages Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures Communicate financial metrics to senior management Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline CPA/CMA is REQUIRED Minimum 10 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work closely with a senior management team If interested in learning more about this exciting opportunity, please contact Jesseca McCalla at 405-876-7338. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management. • Proficiency in accounting software systems, including NetSuite. • Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles. • Proven experience in auditing processes and financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of budget planning and financial forecasting. • Active CPA certification is required. • Ability to generate and analyze reports using tools like Crystal Reports. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
