Then come to our \"Insanely Customer Centric\" Team and become a Certified International Specialist!\n\nYOUR TASKS:\n\nRole Purpose\n\n\nProvide support to Finance Controlling Manager to formulate strategic business decisions and development plans to improve organization productivity, cost-effectiveness and operation efficiency for assigned business functions.\nSupport key business initiatives by working closely with the business partner to work on business performance analysis in order to identify business risk or enhance cost efficiency\n\n\nAccountabilities\n\n\nPerform in-depth financial analysis to support business plans and justify commercial decisions, and provide recommendations to optimize the quality of revenue, cost, and profit.\nAnalyze key cost elements including different operating and business models to support business to drive up productivity and optimize cost structure.\nAct as business partner to build strong and collaborative relationship with responsible business functions and provide support and recommendations.\nFacilitate responsible functions on preparation of annual operating plan and reforecast submission and monitoring of actual performance against plan.\nCoordinate with responsible functions to prepare investment proposal, evaluate and control cost & benefit andROI.\nMonitor costing system to ensure data quality for timely preparation of costing reports.\nManage business case analysis independently for management review.\nWork closely with Compliance Team to ensure internal control compliance.\nDevelop financial analysis model if required for enhancing efficiency, turn numbers into information.\nIncumbent has no direct report and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions /actions.\n\n

YOUR PROFILE:\n\n\n6-8 years’ relevant experience in management accounting, financial accounting or cost management, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies.\nDegree in Accounting / Finance.\nProfessional accountancy qualification (CPA or equivalent).\nLanguage: English - Fluent (written and spoken)\n\n\n\nOUR OFFER:\n\n\nMultifarious benefit programs.
