We’re looking for a Controller in the manufacturing industry.

The Controller will play a key leadership role in driving financial strategy and operational excellence across the business.

Controller responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Lead and mentor a small team, fostering professional development and a collaborative culture Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial processes and statements Partner with the executive team to support strategic planning and decision-making Manage internal controls and improve financial systems and reporting tools Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders Develop and maintain policies that align with industry best practices
The successful candidate has:
3 or more years of leadership experience in a finance or accounting role A CPA designation in good standing Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in agriculture, manufacturing, or related industries is an asset
Compensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $100,000 – $140,000 depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development
