Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or MechatronicsInternship or co-op experience in manufacturing or automationAbility to travel up to 25% Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Join a collaborative engineering team that designs, builds, and commissions control systems for custom industrial equipment—including automation systems, robotic cells, and innovative production machines. This role involves electrical schematic design, PLC/HMI programming, and system integration from concept through commissioning and is based out of our Whitehall, Michigan location.

Primary Responsibilities

Design electrical control systems for industrial machineryDevelop AutoCAD Electrical schematics for panels and machinesProgram PLCs and configure HMI/SCADA interfacesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systemsSupport commissioning and troubleshooting at production sitesManage work within project budgets, schedules, and documentationEnsure compliance with CE, NEC, NFPA 70E/79, and safety standards
