Overview This Control and Reporting Senior Coordinator role supports the Market Unit (MU) Controller in managing monthly financial closing and reporting activities. It involves reviewing balance sheet items and tax filings for multiple PepsiCo entities while coordinating with external tax service providers and shared services teams. You will handle payment processing for tax transactions and ensure accurate and timely government remittances. You will also support the annual corporate audit by preparing and reviewing audit documentation and managing compliance-related legal documents. Additional responsibilities include monitoring accounts payable/receivable, managing petty cash, and resolving vendor-related issues. Responsibilities What You Can Expect: Assist MU Controller on monthly closing and reporting deliverables Review and monitor Balance Sheet open items of Pepsi Cola Far East Trade Dev Co. Inc (PCFET), PepsiCo Inc. – Phils Branch (PPB) and Frito-Lay, Inc. (GMD) Review the tax filing submission of PCFET, PPB and Quaker Oats, Asia Inc. (QOP) and coordinates with the 3rd party tax service provider (Manalo de Lumen) and IBM (Shared Service Outsourced team). In-charge with payment processing of all BIR related transactions using eAFPS and CitiDirect. Assist on annual statutory audit by monitoring and reviewing the various audit requirement to ensure that they have been accurately prepared. Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable of the company’s legal entities and coordinate with business on pending issues and resolutions. Assist on vendors inquiries and reconciliation with coordination with IBM and bank to close issues. Monitor and review and process legal documents with regards to bank compliance and other legal requirements (e.g. Board of Directors, Minutes of Meeting, Bank signatories, etc) Manage Petty Cash to ensure disbursements are authorized and approved and funds are timely replenished. Updating and processing of Government remittances such as SSS, HDMF/PAG-IBIG & PhilHealth using appropriate system. Qualifications What You Need To Have: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or any related field CPA license is a plus but not required, experience in FMCG is preferred 5+ years’ experience in Tax and Financial Accounting in a matrix and global organization Preferably with SAP and relevant system applications knowledge Above average project management skills; ability to prioritize and function efficiently with tight deadlines Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate matrix organizations
