Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Control Account Manager to support project budgeting, scheduling, and performance management for key control accounts. This role oversees the development and maintenance of control account budgets, manages detailed schedules that track hours by resource and activity, and prepares monthly performance reports that highlight cost and schedule status. The Control Account Manager also conducts variance analysis to identify and explain deviations in monthly estimates or activity-level projections, ensuring project leadership has clear insight into performance drivers. This position collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams but does not include supervisory responsibilities. The role is based in Frederick or Columbia, MD, operating in a hybrid office/remote environment.

Skills and Requirements
Experience managing project budgets or control accounts using tools such as Excel or project control software
Ability to develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules (e.g., MS Project or similar)
Demonstrated proficiency performing cost and schedule variance analysis using quantitative data
Proven ability to produce monthly performance reports that consolidate cost, schedule, and resource information
