Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated a **Contracts Generalist - Polish & English speaking** to join our DOC Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing legal contracts from initiation through execution, acting as a critical support and trusted partner for our Sales organization. You will report to the Manager, EMEA Contracts, and work closely with senior management and the Legal Department to apply your legal expertise in a practical, business-focused environment.
**What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)**
In this role, you will:
+ Develop and manage contracts, including Master Services Agreements and Amendments, by drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documentation to ensure compliance with established company policies.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Sales team and the Legal Department, to support the resolution of operational or contractual issues and ensure pre-execution thorough review and alignment with company guidelines.
+ Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies by learning to provide guidance to Sales teams on standard contract provisions, operational requirements, and proper execution protocols.
**What You’ll Bring (Skills and Qualifications)**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ **A law degree, with up to 1 year of contracts or legal support experience (internships, clerkships, or professional experience)**
+ Good knowledge and understanding of standard contract provisions (e.g., liability, confidentiality, and indemnity) and their practical application in a business context.
+ Proven ability in balancing multiple priorities, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and maintaining an excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness for continuous professional learning.
+ fluent in Polish and English with the ability to write and negotiate contracts in these languages. Any other languages is an advantage.
