The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 97-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter. **Summary** This Contract Specialist position will be responsible for contracts clearinghouse functions for Sparks, A Freeman Company, including contracts (and related documents) collection, storage, data mining and reporting. This role is also responsible for reviewing collected contracts to enter key attributes in current CRM system and to ensure there are no gaps that may create risk (missing signatures, incorrect legal entities identified, etc.). Provides analysis of trends, gaps, and expirations to sales/leaders. The person in this position will also interface with many business partners across the enterprise providing appropriate insights to contract data to inform business decisions. Leads through influence and collaborates with partners across Sparks to deliver a leading-class customer experience in an efficient, cost-effective manner. This position will support our Legal Team and is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week based out of Dallas, TX or Philadelphia, PA. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Assist with implementing the Sparks Salesforce platform and uploading contract records. + Review and analyze contract and rate card details to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. + Maintain and managed the organization’s contract database/CRM system used to track contracts, must actively manage the “day to day” contracts management functions, reviewing collected contracts to enter key attributes in current CRM system. Proactively identifying gaps/missing data on contracts. + Assists with contract related reporting. + Provide support to other departments with contract-related questions and issues. + Conduct regular feedback among both users and executives on the process. + Conduct special projects such as contract audits. + Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and related documents. + Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies as they arise. + Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters. + Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and best practices. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal and sales operations teams, to gather necessary information. **Education & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role. + Extensive experience working in Salesforce. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. + Familiarity with legal terminology and contract language. **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
