If you are ready to expand your professional experiences and grow professionally, we invite you to become a valued member of our team in Cluj! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Review, draft and negotiate procurement agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards, with minimal direction, including: o Respond to suppliers and procurement collaborators, considering vendor qualification documents and contractual requests; o Draft appropriate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of the parties, while dealing with suppliers and customers. + Take the Contracts Lead role on less complex international and multi-BU project contracts; + Take the Global Contracts Lead role on various accounts on more complex projects and frame agreements as experience develops; + Work with suppliers, customers, members of the legal team and other Emerson collaborators to bring deals to closure; + Analyze business, financial, and legal risks; + Research information on existing agreements and contractual programs, assisting with analysis and compiling data for reports; + Provide contract-related guidance to Procurement and Supply Chain representatives, Project Management and other stakeholders; + Participate in the approval process to assist business owners in making informed decisions and secure appropriate approvals. **Who You Are:** You see the big picture, constantly are encouraging future scenarios, and build strategies to sustain competitive advantage.
