Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the CH-53 aftermarket contracts team within Sikorsky's Marine Corps Systems Market Segment. The selected candidate will provide strategic contracting advice and lead a team of Contract Administrators in the administration and negotiation of contracts for the CH-53K and CH-53E with NAVSUP, including contracts for spares, repairs, and performance-based logistics.
The candidate must be capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers, operate as the Company’s primary contact with multiple customers, and provide effective leadership to a staff of contracts professionals.

Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years or more of professional experience; related Masters degree preferred or Bachelors degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Significant experience with USG procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) in all aspects of the contract life cycle including proposals, administration, and close-out
- Experience with different USG Contract Types (FFP, FPIF, CPAF, CPFF, T&M)
- Experience leading large, complex, USG and DCS contract negotiations
Desired Skills:
- Experience with USG, International and Commercial Contracts
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization and with external customers

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
