Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contracts Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage all contract-related activities for a division, a key market segment, or a major project. This position may require occasional travel to client offices or project sites.

What You'll Be Doing:

Contribute to strategic planning for specific projects, including risk assessments, bid/no-bid evaluations, and business plan development.

Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring timely and proficient contract administration.

Lead staffing efforts, including recruitment, interviews, employee evaluations, and onboarding in alignment with company policies.

Collaborate with division and project management teams to support proposal development, contract negotiations, and ongoing administration.

Review requests for proposals (RFPs) to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Negotiate complex and sensitive matters with clients and represent Parsons in government or industry-related hearings as needed.

Stay actively engaged in professional organizations to remain updated on industry trends and contractual best practices.

Perform additional duties as required to support contract management activities.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in prime contract administration, preferably within a large international engineering and construction organization.

Proven experience with GTPL (Government Tenders and Procurement Law) is mandatory for all qualified candidates.

In-depth knowledge of industry business practices and expertise in contract negotiations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proven leadership and management experience, including the supervision of contract administrators and support staff.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Familiarity with government procurement policies and initiatives.

Proficiency in commonly used contract administration software and tools.

Active participation in industry-related professional organizations.
