Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Compliance

Apply approved supply chain policies and procedures. Ensure ethical, fair, and confidential procurement practices. Coordinate with SCM teams for governance and compliance.

Cost Management

Ensure contractor delivers cost-effective solutions. Monitor compliance with cost recovery regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships between SCM, project teams, BU, and JV partners.

Continuous Improvement

Identify and support improvements in contracting and materials management processes. Qualifications

Education

Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Professional certification preferred but not mandatory with sufficient experience.

Experience

15+ years in oil & gas industry. 10+ years in contract development and management, including strategy, execution, and close-out. Proven experience in SPS, SURF, and GEP project execution. Skills & Competencies Strong in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control. Deep understanding of legal and regulatory compliance for offshore projects. Proficient in contract/project management tools (e.g., SAP, Procore, Aconex). Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High attention to detail in contract review and compliance.
