Due to the nature of this particular role, it can be performed in a **full-time remote format** . Ideally, the chosen individual would reside within a few hours' drive of a BAE facility at maximum, though that isn't explicitly required. Some travel (approximately 10% or so) will be required in this role. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related contracts experience or equivalent experience in DoD contracting. Strong team players who enjoy working with program management and other functional disciplines in a supportive and complementary manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position as well has having the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience managing a team. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** JD or MBA degree in Business or related field. Experience with Government contracting in a classified setting. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
