Job Title: Contracts Associate This role is a mix of customer support, billing coordination, and general business support.

Location: Enfield, CT (FULLY ONSITE)

Salary Range: $23.00 to $26.00 an hour

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Compliance: Drug Test Required (Including THC); Back ground Check Required

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Contracts Associate (Business Development) with solid communication skills, a driven mindset, strong computer skills, and a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. A problem-solving mentality is essential. This role is a blend of transactional accounting and inside sales, involving customer communication, collaboration with internal employees, reporting, and handling sales information.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers regarding billing and general inquiries.Work with invoices and input billing information into the system.Support the operations group with transactional accounting tasks.Handle quoting responsibilities.Collaborate with internal employees and work with sales data.

Excellent communication skillsBachelor’s DegreeProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong customer service skillsProblem-solving mentalityBasic knowledge of MS OfficeExperience in sales and order management
