Contracts and Pricing Representative (Experienced or Senior)

The Boeing Defense Services (BDS) Contracts and Pricing team is currently seeking a Contracts and Pricing Representative (Experienced or Senior) to support the T-7A program in Hazelwood, MO.

This position would support the United States Air Force (USAF) customer, in addition to potential future domestic and international customers (Japan, Finland, and Germany, among others). The selected individual will support proposals, negotiations, as well as contract review and execution processes.

The T-7A Red Hawk is an all-new advanced pilot training system crafted for the U.S. Air Force that will train the next generation of fighter and bomber pilots for decades to come. Designed using a digital thread, the T-7A aligns with the U.S. Air Force’s Digital Century Series strategy by enabling the integration of new concepts and capabilities faster and more affordably through virtual testing. The Red Hawk builds off the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen, paying tribute to the legends of the past and the heroes of the future.

Position Responsibilities:

Exercises appropriate signature authority, proposes and negotiates agreements using approved contract terms and conditions

Researches, drafts and makes recommendations on proposal and contractual language supporting the product or service, delivery processes and conducts document reviews

Builds, develops, documents and completes complex business plans through the analysis of contractual data

Performs due diligence and integration of newly acquired entities to ensure implementation of contracting policies and practices

Supports auditor requests and provides interpretation of findings, identifies data for audit activities and identifies issues, develops corrective actions and implements solutions

Assesses process risks and control adequacy

Maintains business processes and data integrity

Supports development and documents guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements and command media

Monitors, reconciles and ensures compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations

Coordinates special requests for approval and exception, interprets contractual letters, provides contract performance status and performs contract closeout activities

Coordinates and partners with other internal functional fields

Supports contract administration

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

3+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships

3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

3+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), and other government regulations

Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Experienced, Level 3): $78,200 – $105,800

Summary pay range (Senior, Level 4): $100,300 – $135,700
