Contracts Advisor
Air Swift
Airswift is looking for a Contract Advisor to give support to a major client in Spring, TX on a long-term contract
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates with PT on the development of tender / bid packages including instructions to bidders / tenderers.
• Coordinates with PT on the technical evaluation process including technical clarifications from bidders / tenderers as well as risk assessments.
• Leads commercial evaluation process including commercial clarifications from bidders / tenderers; coordinates responses to bidder exceptions to terms & conditions in consultation with Law Department (LD).
• Coordinates preparation of final contract documents including obtaining necessary legal review approvals.
• Coordinates internal approval processes for award recommendations consistent with applicable requirements.
• Prepares final contract documents for execution by both parties. Distributes executed contracts to PT members as appropriate.
• Provides advice to PT members on interpretation of contractual terms & conditions.
• Provides advice to PT members on resolution of contractual issues during execution phase through close-out.
• Assists in preparation for audits related to contract administration activities.
• Maintains a working knowledge of Company safety policies and procedures.
