We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in a remote capacity. This is a pivotal role that will focus on the closeout of subcontract agreements in compliance with the company policy and applicable government regulations. The ideal candidate will be a key player in ensuring seamless collaboration between subcontract administrators and the finance team, contributing to the overall efficiency of our contracting processes. Key Responsibilities: Closeout Documentation: Prepare, review, and send closeout documentation via email to relevant stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Data Analysis: Analyze closeout data meticulously for accuracy and completeness, addressing discrepancies as needed. Status Updates: Maintain and update closeout status spreadsheets with precise information, providing the team with real-time insights into progress. System Management: Execute closeout actions in Costpoint, ensuring all steps are thoroughly completed and documented. Collaboration: Work closely with subcontract administrators and the finance team to facilitate smooth communication and coordination throughout the closeout process. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in closing prime contracts and/or subcontract agreements in a federal environment, or 4 years of experience providing administrative support within a federal finance, contract, or subcontract context. Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Costpoint and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
