Contracts Administrator

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Lake Forest, CA, in their search for a **Contracts Administrator** . The ideal candidate will support the administration and management of contract documentation and help maintain contract-related processes and systems.
**Payrate:** $30.00/hr.
**Schedules:** Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm
**Location:** Lake Forest, CA
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of contract documents
+ Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (both manual and electronic)
+ Support data entry and document management in platforms such as Touchpoint, Oracle Sales Contracts, and Docuware
+ Perform contract-related research and generate reports as needed
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and deadlines are met
+ Map and document contract processes for clarity and improvement
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration
+ Strong working knowledge of contract terminology and documentation
+ Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Access is a plus
+ Experience with electronic database systems and document workflow tools (e.g.,Touchpoint, Oracle Sales Contracts, Docuware) for information capture, research, documentation and process flow mapping.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
