An exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join a local EPC company and support operations, engineering, construction, and land acquisition teams. The role involves assisting in contract administration and collaborating with project managers to ensure successful project delivery and execution.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with project managers to support project delivery and execution.
+ Utilize MS Office Suite to effectively and efficiently prepare documents for project management.
+ Maintain high expectations for attention to detail and first-time quality.
+ Provide support on renewables or solar-related projects ranging from $50M to $200M+.
+ Lead transactions and communication with project managers to meet their needs.
+ Perform hands-on assistant project manager responsibilities.
+ Balance and manage between 50 to 100+ documents per project.
+ Drive deadline and scheduling urgency, ensuring internal deadline tracking.
+ Understand the nuances of closing deals and collaborating with others.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in project coordination, contract administration, and document control.
+ Proficiency in contracts management and project administration.
+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
+ 3+ years of relatable experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in data entry, procurement, and administrative support.
+ Knowledge of change order processes.
Work Environment
The role requires working out of the Durham office. This position offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to renewables and solar-related projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
